Re: 1956 3100 build
chassis ready for bodyman after easter weekend so we can sit the cab on.
POR 15 topcoated with their chassis black.will try 1 coil cut off stock camaro front springs to start to see what stance is like. brake cables run.hydro boost hoses all run. master cylinder filled with brake fluid and all brake line leaks fixed.(much easier to do a lot of this with no body in the way). Re: 1956 3100 build
hey dartmouth, the pics show better if they aren't posted with several pics in one frame. they get really small that way. some of us old farts use a desktop so quick enlargement isn't an option.
looks like you are making some good forward progress. keep plugging away and it'll be done, ready to start a new project. love that color! |

Re: 1956 3100 build
looks great. now the fun part, final assembly. lots of protection tape in your future. wish I were at that point, always something deemed more important to fix first.
keep the pics coming, will be awesome to see it complete. |

Re: 1956 3100 build
gonna need something for sure rounding up some moving blankets or old bed comforter. that opens up a good question. what does everyone use to work on their trucks once painted and have to lean over fender? etc..
