Re: 66 suburban aka the sub
I like your color combo !!
Very slick. I too am running a smoke grey, and combo between gloss, semi gloss, and flat black in my build with a metallic charcoal grey trim/accent. I am looking forward to seeing how you dress out the interior !! Great photos

The shiny paint looks nice... Color always brings with it a huge sigh of relief and a flush of renewed ambition.. Looks good man...

Re: 66 suburban aka the sub
could not help it i backed my 69 cst out of the garage because I needed to see this thing with wheels, will have to adjust the ride ht a bit and maybe tire size I may even go with 22s but i thought it looked cool with the 20 coys allot of work for a few minutes of cheer but well worth it.

Re: 66 suburban aka the sub
Love the build! I want to know how well the A/C system works for the burb in the vegas summer, having a black roof and all.... Take detailed notes on which A/C system you go with as my next build will be with a factory A/C cab I picked up and don't know which after market system will be best.

Re: 66 suburban aka the sub
I will get that info shooters i have not picked one yet and it is hot as hell out here in Las Vegas, im thinking of picking one, but im also thinking i may add a small unit some where in the rear kinda like what the limo companys do but i have to figure out a way to conseal it i was thinking maybe raise rear seat but as for now just thoughts, will have to find a metal guy who can incorporate something.my green c10 has a factory unit and it keeps up with the vegas heat really good.i also have factory unit from the burb i dout im gonna use it,only the center vent probably

Re: 66 suburban aka the sub
Great Color combo and fabric choice! This is such an awesome build. Very inspiring for me as I am going to tackle a frame off on a 64 Panel ( starting this year ?) I hope to see this one in person someday.Maybe bring er down for a "Brothers" Show?

Re: 66 suburban aka the sub
Radiator came from www.entropyrad.com/ and came with the wire harness to hook everything up. Built to order and this one is specific for an LS build. Check them out and the craftsmanship is outstanding!

Great color choices inside and out! Looks damn nice
You had mentioned earlier about moving this to the burb section, just PM one of the mods and they could move it for you.

Re: 66 suburban aka the sub
Small world ain't it! We lived in Tulsa from 90-94 and my grandmother is in Henderson, we make it over there every couple years. With both kids at OSU, its "Go Pokes" more often than not even though we live about 5 miles from OU.
I'm thinking your burb is going to go plenty fast! Keep up the great work!
