Re: 67 GMC super custom build
I decided i liked the 67 impala steering wheel better than the original truck one but wanted to keep the original cst horn button so heres what i came up with. best of both worlds and everything is still functional as it should be!

Re: 67 GMC super custom build
Here is the finished product. first one with the caprice emblem and 2 with the GMC emblem. I didn't get the button 100% centered in the ring but close. I am not sure if i am going to try it one more time or just be happy with this one. guess ill see. Now i just have to get the plastic wheel repaired.

That steering wheel is beautiful. Waaay nicer than what was put into the trucks.

a few of the shoulder belt. I thought the belts would be way too orange but turns out I like them.

Re: 67 GMC super custom build
got my diff in today and all my suspension and brakes on. Just need to get my axles back from getting the bearings pressed on, slide them in and fill up the oil and my chassis is complete. then on to the bodywork and drivetrain.

Thanks mcbassin. Here are pictures of the cab. I did the dash top and defrost vents the same color as the pad just as the factory did.

Re: 67 GMC super custom build
a few pictures of my progress over the last few days. I Used a 64 buick glove box lamp instead of the dealer one that they used in these trucks. with a/c the dealer one is almost useless.
