Re: Random Photos ‘You took’

Went to a Mariners game last summer. Got some free seats. I didn't mind being up there a bit. Seems like at a baseball game I end up yaking with my family or buds and just enjoying some ball park food more than actually watching the game anyway.

There wasn't anyone in front of me until the game started. Oh yeah, I had a clear view of the diamond and the field. Now I'm not slamming this person for not being small (heck I could lose a bit myself), but she knew the people in front of her and leaned forward most of the game to chat with them.

Beautiful view.
My wife and I are going to New Mexico in a couple of weeks and do some camping in the Guadalupe Mountains with her oldest son who move out there earlier this summer.
I’ve been thinking we need to head east sometime and the Shenandoah Valley looks like a cool area to hike and camp.

We are going to West Virginia in two weeks to ride the Hatfield/McCoy trails. I'm looking forward to it. We usually go west.

Wow, 10,000 ft?... Elk? Man you gotta be in good shape just to get to camp when there is no snow. Bet you’re having the time of your life.

Mule deer. We did see some elk. Was tracking a respectable (and elusive) buck for a couple days and some other hunters came through and spooked everything. It’s a crazy hike with 65-lb on your back, and I am not a fan of those low temps Very happy to be off the mountain now, warm, and enjoying real food again.

Yep, fall is here. That's where you are going? My buddy who I do Carlisle with goes all the time and usually goes about when you are. But it will be later this year, I think first week of Nov. I've never been but by what he says you will love it. Ride into and through town on your machine. The people are real welcoming to the riders. More of the terrain you are used to with endless trails

This is an old service station down toward Baltimore that is still full-service. This picture is a couple years old. Gas prices are a bit better right now (not much/$2.50 for reg

I think anymore that is the best part about camping... getting back to the comforts! But I still love camping and being away from the easy life.

This is up near where my mom is, up home. This is what I miss when I don't get up there.

That picture was down river (north) in PA. This is upstream from her place after a lot of rain. There's a rail trail along the river which runs by town

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Thank you. I thank God only my pride was hurt. I had a friend weld a bumper to the frame of the van so I could transport all my stuff across country. He strongly recommended against towing with that van, but I “knew better” since I was 20.
I was driving a light weight, overloaded van with a wheelbase too short to safely tow. Im surprised I actually made it over 400 miles without incident! In the hills of Pennsylvania I started down a medium grade hill that had a gentle curve in it, and as my speed increased more than I was comfortable, I made the mistake of braking. It swapped ends a few times before I rolled everything.
