Yes.
The Extreme Dropmember requires a factory high hump.
It's easy to add.

Here is how we're running the plug wires to hide them. Also my buddy ceramic coated the exhaust manifolds

I ordered it from Trim Parts. Sometimes I can get pretty good deal through my chevy dealership

Willie put in some gold grade 8 bolts to match the frame bolts. Looks really good

Looks good. I would remove the panhard bar mount on the rear end. That will give you clearance if you decide to run a full exhaust.
