Glad I stuck with it and driving it helps get me motivated to keep going forward. Make a check list of little steps to do. Each step puts us closer to the end.

Re: BP68 Official Build Thread
Forgot to mention a little tid bit of info on my paint. I asked Bobbie, my bodyman/painter, how much paint was on the truck. He says 5 coats of base color. Then he said 3 gallons of clear. Said he lost count on clear coats, just kept spraying till 3 gallons were gone haha. Turned out way better than I imagined, especially the bed floor

Re: BP68 Official Build Thread
Prob be a while before I can afford them. Chrome ones run over 1,000 not including tires from what I have seen. And I still need bumpers, grille moldings, interior, etc.
For now I am trying to find some Sport silverado 15" wheels to run with some BFG Radial TA's 275/60R15

Re: BP68 Official Build Thread
Looks great.
I have sold several projects while in the process of being painted for various reasons. Every one I wish I had been able to finish. Congrats on sticking with it. Keep up the good work.

Re: BP68 Official Build Thread
Well, truck finally come home last weekend. Drove wife and son around town a couple minutes today. Still need to wire up fans, and converter lockup, get bumpers and slowly work on interior, and a bunch of other little odds and ends. Main thing is she is steetable/driveable now. That definately helps the motivation. Anyway here are a few pics.

Re: BP68 Official Build Thread
Good job BP68.
Is it no problem that you cleaned/shaved (don't know how to say it sorry) the Hood To Windshield Cowl Panel? Perhaps you can place a picture now it's painted.

Body man had no problem filling it. I havent driven much to see how much air still gets to kick panel vents. I am going to run something like classic auto air or old air products heat/a/c eventually. I will try to get you some pics of the painted cowl in the next day or two.
