it was in a friends garage still in the box.. he didnt want it so i took it.....i have only put power to it and used it for about an hour... but it will be comin out because i will be installing a 60-63 dash

It is a '61 Suburban 4x4 that was on ebay a while back.....someone here posted a link to it. I've got a few more pics if you're interested....it has a Duramax in it.

tomarrow i will be starting on the wiring. I removed the tank and lines today. for now i will be puttin the sub tank in the bed to i figure out what i want to do. I have to have a poly or a ss tank due to the e85. Im still debating on the dash and steering column if i want to use the old or the new...

has anyone hooked up a cable release on the hood for the 64-66

Yep I like it too. I'm not too crazy on his choice of wheels though. But nonetheless it is a very cool rig. IIRC I don't think he sold it.....seems like he was trying to get $30K for it.

lol nono not here.but on a side note... im thinkin of flush mounting 78 ford tail lights on my truck.. they look like the would fit the body lines and with the new harness i need more space for lits
