Inside of doors. This is probably the best representation of the color.

I really like that color. Are you going to keep it solid or do the classic white stripe on the side

Thanks! No white stripe. It just never looks right to me on a stepper. Still trying do decide if I want to spray the roof white.

Re: 1980 Stepside Build... My first build thread

Thanks! I picked up a set of 8" wheels for the rears yesterday, along with some 275/60's. With any luck I'll get the fenders mounted and the chrome back on the front this weekend. I'm hoping to see it mostly together by the end of the weekend.

Didn't get much time to work on the truck over the weekend. Little assembly done though.

Great read. Thanks for the posts and the pictures. I dig your truck.

Didn't realize you guys had to deal with DEQ in Banks. Such a pain...

So glad I have a '74!

Re: 1980 Stepside Build... My first build thread

Yep. Total pain.

I don't think I will ever even consider a 1975 or newer project vehicle again. Just go pre-smog and do whatever i want.

Re: 1980 Stepside Build... My first build thread

I just finished entering my order at Classic Industries! All of my interior parts and weatherstripping should be here this week, so I can get moving forward again next weekend.

Hope to have more pics to post soon!
