I thought I had posted to this before, but I guess not.
This is what my truck looked like one year ago. It sits a hair lower in the front now since I got rid of the heavy duty springs, and I have removed the grab bars from the top of the bed. new here, with new ride
hi, new around here. thought i'd show you my new ride. just getting started with restoration. have to replace the old bench with some buckets from a '91. Also have to replace the wood in the bed, but at least I have it all just have to install it now

Here are some pics of my dad's 53 PU. 235 six,1 bbl Rottenchester,coated Clifford headers, Flowmasters, Three-on-the-tree, original enclosed driveshaft, Cragar Street Pro wheels, custom tweed interior, LeCarra steering wheel with custom adapter to fit original column, ash wood in the bed, 90% of original parts chromed.
0 to 60 in 2.5 miles
