Is there a better color for generating patina than light olive?

Re: Patina, patina, patina.....70' swb
I really like the re-painted plates! Dumb question, but is it illegal to repaint newer CA plates in black and yellow? (I know yours started as black/yellow) but am just curious. Can't imagine why CA would care, it'd still be the correct numbers and letters, etc and would have current tags (if I did that).... Hmmmmmmmmmm
Love this new truck by the way, can't wait to see how it develops. Quite jealous of your buddy bucket stash, by the way. |

Re: Patina, patina, patina.....70' swb
technicalities, schmechnicalities.... (but I know I'd be the first person in history to be busted for it, I just know it!)
I thought you had a stash of buckets to choose from, but it would appear you've had plenty of opportunities to use them before! Ha! No wonder I can't find a 72 short wide.... |
