Re: Naught's 82 2wd K5 Blazer
It’s been awhile since I posted but we have been make some progress on the body. I did receive my Mild Tubz Smooth (no A/C) from Slosh Tubz yesterday! They look awesome! I put the wrong address when ordering them and Mike Losh went out of his way to help with the freight company to make sure I got them, good guy and I thank him for it. The tubz are not for the F100 in the background they are for my Blazer.

Re: Naught's 82 2wd K5 Blazer
I assume the front end sheet metal is aftermarket? If so what company and are you happy with the quality and fit of it all?

Re: Naught's 82 2wd K5 Blazer
Well I got the front finders, hood, radiator support and doors from LMC. I ended up not using the doors and radiator support because it would have been more work than the original parts. None of it fits like the original parts but we were able to get the finders and hood to fit with some work. I believe all that aftermarket sheet metal comes from the same place though.

Glad to see the progress. This rig will be fun to drive with that motor and coilovers all the way around. Nice work.

Just wanted to show that work is still going on. It's the dirty work that I don't care for.

Okay... This door has two different color oranges. The left is one color and the right is another. Which one you rather?

Re: Naught's 82 2wd K5 Blazer
Work has not stopped! This getting body gaps right and body work SUCKS! We had to split the rocker to get it out to line up with door and finder.

Re: Naught's 82 2wd K5 Blazer
Put the front cap back on. It was good to see it back on but it revealed more work. When using aftermarket finders and hood with billet aluminum hood hinges it equals more work.
