How do you dry it effectively? I know you need to have a length of line long enough to allow the air to cool before it goes through the trap/filter & then into the tank. I also know that copper is typically whats used because of it's ability to dissapate heat.

W/o the length of line, the air is warm/hot. Once it cools in the tank, there will be moisture.

Wire bags today, but not working right. The rear airs up on the blink of an eye, the front barely moves. Do you guys have any ideal as to whats going on?

thats a weight issue the engine weighs heaviewr on the bags you might want to restrict the flow to the rearbags a bit

Thats what i was thinking, do you know of a way to restrict the air to the rear?

Depending on how you have it plumped, you can use flow restrictors like I had to do to slow the fill and dump rates of my 1/2 system.

I used these from SD for fill control.

<edit> They just go inline with the fill line. If you don't have a line to run it, they have one with NPT holes for a nipple or fitting.

Below is pics of how I plum my system, so I guess I need to get 2 of control valve. one per side.

I installed two on and off valve for the rear, so the rear works fine now, I can regulate the air so it goes up and down really good. The front I still cant get no lift, I don't know if is the valve or bags. you can See the front trying to lift, but it doesn't. Does anybody have an idea as to why

. maybe I need different valve or bags.

How much pressure is in the tanks? Sounds like there isn't quite enough to get it up.

I dont know how much pressure is in the tanks, I dont have a gauge hook on yet, I was just trying to get the system plym to see how it would work. I guess I do need to get some kind of gauge. Nathan do you know what the pressure should be at the tanks? I'm useing two 3 gal tanks. Can you tell I'm new to all this, but I'm learnig as I go.

it takes alot more to psi to lift the front..so thats probably the deal

150psi. is the minimum pressure switch I would run. It is going to take all of it to pop that front end up with that BBC hunkered in there. What is your pressure switch rated at? 150psi. should do fine, but you can get an adjustable one for fine tuning.

I think it's just a pressure issue.

You guys were right, it was a pressure issue, I finally got the front end to lift.
The comp that came with the kit I bought maybe a 1or2, are not that great. It takes to long to fill the tanks, so I'm going to have to look for a different comp.
