How do you think this happened? Yours would be easy to do now while the body is off...

Some progress(albeit only a little)...

Got some 3" longer than stock u-bolts made up at the local spring shop. This allowed me to install the extra 3/4" block out back and get the axle all the way into the notch. It is sitting on the bumpstops now

Also yanked out the unnecessary sheetmetal up front. Unfortunately, drop is limited by the fenders resting on the tires.

My front tires are 29" tall, so I am pretty limited. The bags won't even fully compress and the crossmember is nowhere near laying. The Dropmember should cure this.

Be careful..... It might look awkward if the front track width is pulled in too much.

Check out the hinges on jmuck's blazer. This might solve your problem.

Here's what I did- hinges to the firewall, and trimmed up the fender clearance quite a bit. Fender sheetmetal has been worked into a smooth edge that rolls under. 27" tire.

I agree. I'll be using stock spindles, so most of the clearance should come from camber. The DM track width only pulls them in an inch on either side. Here's a couple of pics of Kyle4381's 4wd on stock height spindles. Looks acceptable to me- we'll see how it works out. Worst case scenario, Coy's has the same wheels with 1/2" less backspacing...

If I need to, I've got no problem trimming some of the inner sheetmetal. Looks like I would need to trim a little more than you though...
