Re: second chance 67 chevy, project from hell
I can get you some pics on the ford. I have been building it for around 5 yrs. I am having a friend of mine building the motor. It will have blown 570 with kaase after market boss heads. So it will be a 570 blown boss motor, should be insane. Has a TCi chassis with all stainless hardware, a arms and brake lines. It had a mini tub with 20 by 15 colorado custom wheels. Once the wifes truck is finished I will finish it.

Re: second chance 67 chevy, project from hell
Are you worried about the exhaust messing up the paint? I noticed that there was black from the exhaust on the paint where it exits.

Re: second chance 67 chevy, project from hell
I am a dentist but I have been building cars and motorcycles my whole life. My father is the one that showed me how to paint and do body work. As far as the exhaust the motor is super rich so that is why you can see the black near the exhaust. It wipes right off. If I were to run it for a long period of time it may hurt the paint. Only time will tell.

Re: second chance 67 chevy, project from hell
One thing I am proud of is although I am a dentist I build my cars and trucks I dont pay someone to build them for me. Not that it is a bad thing to pay someone to build a truck or car for you. I just find it more rewarding to do myself.

I was worth the wait and price. In fact I think they are selling them to cheep so I would pick one up as soon as you can. I have a good friend that knows the owners well and he was saying suicide doors maybe going out of buisness. I hope not because this is a very nice product. |

I dont think it will be an issue. That is a nice car. Is it glass or metal.

SWEET! This is an awesome and original idea! Keep it up. Glad you build it yourself....no wonder it cost so much to get my "grill" worked on.

Man, what an incredible job you have done. That truck is absolutely sick. As much as I like my rides kind of dirty, looking at this truck kind of make me want to build a super clean ride for once!
