Re: my 1955 chevy truck

I dig the Mobsteel wheels. IMO they fit the well worn look of the truck a little better.

Re: my 1955 chevy truck

Been offline a while but busy! Got all the sound deading insulation and carpet down. Took some time but for my first try at it I am very happy with the results. Made my own trim to cover the transition to the step. Ohh and got the rear tires mocked up. The rearend is gettin a chop and hopefully be back on the road soon.

looks good, what did you use for carpet and how much trouble was it molding it over the braces?

I used a carpet I found at lowes. Was not sure how to do it so didn't wanna spend slots money on expensive carpet and end up scrapin it out. The quality is not the best but I think it will hold up fine until I paint the truck.

Re: my 1955 chevy truck

The braces were not that bad I started at the back and just did sections at a time using spray adhesive.

Re: my 1955 chevy truck

Your truck DOES look great. You're trying to start a new fad, huh? Technicolor? Every body panel a different color, ha ha. Just bustin your chops, the truck looks great.

Hey, one question: why two batteries?
