I see why you never list "all your trucks", in your signature,... it changes too much!

Re: 67-c50 soon to be long bed
I was out at the junkyard today. Yeah it was cold, about 16F, but it was above zero, the sun was out, not much wind, and was actually decent out. Anyway, I saw this and instantly thought of your build.

Re: 67-c50 soon to be long bed
I am new to the board but I have been looking at this site for years. I love following Dino's projects. I don't know how I missed it but I never saw Dino's Crew Cab. Can someone post a picture of that truck? I only ask because I love Crew Cabs and I can only imagine what Dino did to one. I've searched all over the forum and can't find it.
P.S. I am speaking of the 78 crew cab. He has various so I better be specific. Thanks! Last edited by ryanmcb; 03-01-2011 at 03:43 PM. |

Re: 67-c50 soon to be long bed
Few updates, got my tires change today and that was $$ the old truck has two piece wheels( split rims ) and know one wants to touch them i found a place and he knocked them out in few hours, willie got the truck pulled apart and made some good progress on the body work

Re: 67-c50 soon to be long bed
Dino since you aren't going to run the tow truck bed you should just put one tire in the back. Put like a 24 x 20 rim. That would be sick!!

Re: 67-c50 soon to be long bed
Nice project. I've thought of doing this to my 68 but keeping the hoist for a dump bed. The only problem is it wouldn't hold near as much as I need it to.
