Made a little more headway on her today....

It's been very time consuming, but it finally feels like it's starting to roll downhill.

We have the front suspension geometry just about finalized. Have the rack mocked up, now we need to confirm all the measurements and compare them to the software to confirm all is where it needs to be. Once it's confirmed, we will cut a new cradle that incorporates the rack mounting bracketry and use the one currently in the truck for the rear suspension.

The tube work is all done using bendtech software then we bend it using the electricweld tubing to confirm it is correct. Once it's all mocked up and we are happy with it, we then bend and fit the DOM.

Here's some pics. Not a lot of room to work with!
