GREAT looking build! Where did you relocate the battery ? And your AC deflector balls look terrific! Have you found a plastic plater or replacements?

Older thread, I know...but, what kind of radiator and fan set up did you go with? Don't remember reading about that

Very nice, very clean. What did you use for the cold air intake set up, a kit available somewhere or pieced together ?

Re: 1966 chevy truck engine swap to LS1
I ordered a replacement 1965 Impala Aluminum Radiator, modified the mounts on my truck and had a couple extra bungs added for the steam line, I also had a fan shroud custom built for it. I believe its a 14 inch fan, I think it's a 2000 cfm, pull fan.

Doors - One-Piece glass project! It very long and tedious process, fitting and refitting, you need patients, you can't rush this!

Fitting the windows, I made a template. I also made door stops that are flexible.

Re: 1966 chevy truck engine swap to LS1
Here are some interior details! Custom made vent plugs, Speaker box, customer redesigned kickers moving speaker to the vent hole. So you won't lick the speaker and I'm not using the vents anymore. Remember I also closed up the cowl vent on the hood. See past pages for picture on that.

Here are more interior details! AC vents with custom plenum to work with the Old Air Product AC lit I used. I love the stock controls, with the little button for the AC or/off.

1966 Chevy you mentioned in a post you had not taken any pictures of the computer mounted with the air unit. Is there any way you could post some pictures because i was planning on the same setup as you did. Thanks in advance.
