Re: Random Photos ‘You took’

A fairly small reception desk I built last week. Matching file cabinets go in the bare spaces at the ends and a solid access panel covers the center after the wiring is completed on-site.
Since it is so small (just over 8') it is fully assembled. That is unusual, most of the time either building access, weight, or just overall size dictates that they come apart and get reassembled by the installers.
As an example, the one directly behind it is in multiple pieces. It's not much longer, but the door opening wouldn't allow it to be assembled. It has an upper section that looks similar to the one in the front, except angled rather than square

This guy likes Oshkosh Trucks. This is the next town over. I've wanted to stop in and talk to the guy but he has so many trucks there's nowhere to pull in!

Looks like the town garage where I live. They rebuild trucks instead of buying new . They do have new 3 yard Sanders but that's about it.

Good Boy!

That fab shop is in the old town public works garage. I think I counted ten trucks. I don't know what his thing is. Not sure if they are his hobby or he's buyin'/sellin'. He is a dealer for flatbeds and snow plows. It's a steel fabricator business

Yeah, I'd not want to be walking over to pick that little guy up, if the dog didn't know me! My youngest is now 31.

He could care less about me. AND I FEED HIM!

Re: Random Photos ‘You took’

Here's one that is definitely random. I took this many years ago and just ran across it today.
Back around '05 or '06 there was a White Castle restaurant built inside of a stadium venue downtown. It was part of a food-court type concession area and only open during events, completely isolated from the outside.
These were made of MDF and painted because they didn't have to stand up to the weather. I built 4 of them in total. Three of the were "half" of the shape to sit on a flat wall and this one was the 3/4 unit on the corner.
Sadly, the venue was remodeled a couple of years later and these were removed when the company pulled out, so I never got to see them installed in person.
