Full restoration.
All stone surfaces have been polished to marble like finish
All timber has been replaced with new, old growth wood.
Low profile rollers
Brake system has been upgraded for safety, from one foot, to two foot system.

Back when my dad and I were shopping for my first vehicle (1982), my dad wanted me to get one of those. I don't know why, but he was really trying to get me to like that truck. I really wanted a 67-72. I ended up with my 65.

The first picture is one we have all seen, but this has more background then I recall seeing ...

The second two photos were borrowed from the "MCKINSTRY PHOTO COLLECTION" on the HAMB - some photos taken on the dragstrip in the 60s....
