Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds Part 2
50th year truck for a reasonable price. $2900. Not mine.
https://eugene.craigslist.org/pts/d/...435324411.html SEND YOUR PHONE NUMBER if you want to come look / buy the Chevy. I bought this earlier in the year to be my shop truck, used it all summer. Randomly , on one of my usual 3 mile errands, the head gasket blew. Blows white smoke now (coolant) . Still starts, runs/ drives , if need be. I need this out of my yard. Clear title in my name in hand. Very little rust, new rockers, but very shabby/ original interior still in place. Bring cash. Thank you . Send your phone number, not going to message back and forth, weeding out the tire kickers.

Nice 72 short box $17,500. Not mine
https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/c...432174853.html Hello Chevy truck lovers, I am here to sell one of my c10 trucks. most of body panels were replaced and it's a frame off build. 85% body panels were replaced by new or NOS. Frame was off the body, sandblasted and repainted, middle section was boxed for more strength. Truck has a 283 v8 with a turbo 350, complete up with a new one piece driveshaft, built from the local drive line shop. The rear end is posi-trac differential according to the built sheets, so it remains unchanged. some minor rust repair work was completed like the top of the rocker and bottom kick panels. The major rust was roof headers. They were gone so they were replaced before the new windshield putted in. Seat was redone, dash pad was replaced, New chrome tilt steering Colum and new wood steering wheel was installed to complement the interior, finished with new red carpet to match the color. At the end, If I missed something or if u would like to know more about my truck, please contact me at 2O8-3O5-57O1. Located in Clarkston Wa Thanks in advance.

And a very nice one (light years ahead of the ugly twin I had when still in school) - have a big soft spot for 72 C10 Cheyennes in this paint combo
Would love to hear any detail available about the Special Paint. While it's interesting to SPID geeks like me, it certainly has no bearing on the truck - it's a gem for sure. |

In this day of ridiculous prices for our trucks that seems like a decent deal.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds Part 2
Bring a Trailer auction listing.
68 Longhorn C20 with an awesome camper. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/19...nghorn-pickup/ This 1968 Chevrolet C20 Longhorn pickup was initially delivered to Schukei Chevrolet in Waterloo, IA, and it is one of a reported 1,902 examples produced for the model year. It is powered by a 396ci L66 V8 paired with a New Process four-speed manual transmission and fitted with a Franklin 11FK6 slide-in camper. The seller is said to have acquired the truck in 1989, and a refurbishment completed in 2012 included replacing the cab, repairing and repainting the body, and rebuilding the engine and carburetor. The truck is finished in white over teal and equipped with a Scranton Manufacturing “cheetah” axle, Firestone Ride-Rite rear air springs, and 16.5″ steel wheels as well as power-assisted drum brakes, power steering, a wood-lined cargo bed, a fire-breathing longhorn hood ornament, and a push-button AM radio. The camper was refurbished after it was acquired by the seller in 2011 with work consisting of extending the length by 6″, recovering and repainting the exterior, and retrimming the interior. This C20 Longhorn is offered with manufacturer’s literature, a protect-o-plate, camper jacks and stands, camper literature, and a clean Iowa title in the seller’s name.
