More blocking and shaping the drip rail getting both sides the same shape. What a PITA.

To see the flaws better I sprayed some primer on it.

It's really time consuming. I'll be back on it today, still need to mud the back.

Last week I got the front end put back on the 57 Sedan Delivery. Just some pictures of how handy it is to own a lift.

im new to this too guys!! so excited to join and be among all the gearheads and classic rodders like my father. it gives me total inspiration to see and read that im not the only guy with the up and downs of do it yourself restore and stuff! ive read through your whole thread and many others guys! keep em going!! hope to post my project if anyone minds to give me a hint on how to. thanks!

Just click on

Then give it a title, and start posting pictures with a url code which means you have to have your pictures saved in Photo Bucket, or Smug Mug like I do. Then when you open up your picture, right click on it and copy, then click on the picture box above like this one.

Then paste it in this box. I hope this make sense.

Yeah, tell me about it. I just took in a 1940 Ford Deluxe Woodie for a frame off restoration. Also a 71 Caddy convertible is coming in as soon as I sell that Ranchero. The customer has them lined up for me. Then he has a 1960 MG for me to put together.

And I'm supposed to be semi retired.

I dont hunt anymore, We just camp ,drink, ride 4 wheelers and watch football and call it man camping. Bonfires and camp cooking.
We take usually 6 to 8 5th wheels/ trailers/motor homes, at least 4 generators, a satellite dish and several TVs.
I did buy a wolf tag this year in case one wanders into camp.
We have a nice spot just off the highway where nobody goes , there is not any game there to bother us and it is a great camping spot!!!
Three miles from the liqueur store and gas station in town.

I've been working on a 1961 MGA for almost 2 years. I just epoxied it yesterday and I'm getting ready to shoot some high build primer. Good thing there's no deadline. If I didn't have a full time job I'd be dangerous.

We do the same out in the desert with our off road buddies. I have a Toy Hauler and a Rhino.

Greg, the customer is having the MG painted, then will bring it to me. I hate putting something together that was taken apart by someone else.

I took this one apart myself and will reassemble it, so if you have any questions I'd be happy to shoot some pics of mine or answer them if I can. I think most cars from that era are pretty straight forward and easy to work on. Ps. Make sure you put the steering wheel on the left.

It wouldn't be the first time. This is his truck, and the next picture is one of the trucks he built.

Plus he's on HD Theater in Cafe Racer. He was on last year, and will be on more this year. Coming up soon in the 13th episode.
