If is not too much trouble, which Magnaflows did you use?
Thanks VC

I believe they were these:

Finally finished all the painting. Just need to hang some blinds and finish the bathroom. Moved the Burb back in to get a feel of where I want to place all of my tools/toolboxes.

Very nice! I wish I would have painted all my dry wall before I piled all the stuff against the walls in my garage!

Thanks! I don't want to have to move stuff again, so I'm trying to get everything done before I start filling it back up, .

Not much progress other than moving stuff back into the shop. I did get my cruise control working and some minor tuning done, so that's a win .

I somehow lost track of how you got the wires to the cargo light. Or is it still a problem looking for a solution?
Thanks

I would bet this build has inspired a lot of other builds trucks and Burbs.
You are going to need another project once this one is done. Lol
Thanks 3drburb, I appreciate it. When this one is done, I think I'm done with projects for a little while.....

Kudos on an excellent job!
Thanks HO455, I am pleased on how the colors came out. I'm excited to see how it looks with the trim on it, as that's where the rubber will meet the road.....

I have an idea, but I'm waiting on someone to confirm that you can get a wire up through the bolt in the corner to the top of the headliner. I don't mind redrilling the hole I welded up, as long as I know it will allow me to run my wires correctly.

I will try to remember on Monday to check and see if it is possible.

I looked into getting into the header void (?) to no avail. Using a piece of 14 guage soild conductor wire I could get from the bolt out, but not into the void, and I couldn't get from the void through the hinge bolt holes or the hinge cutouts. The green arrow shows where I got through and the red ones where I couldn't.

Could you get a cargo light on a suburban or is that "custom"?

I saw suburban when I was in NM that had on installed and it was on the SPID. I'm guessing it was a dealer add on...

Re: 1969 SuperBurb build-up (Bagged and Blown!)

Finally got the door alignment close. I had bought 2 new door mechanisms (AMD), but they were junk. So I returned them and bought a set of NOS ones from boardmember 72MIKE. I also installed the front fenders just to see how everything lines up. I still have to pull them off one more time to do a couple more things, but they are close considering this is the first time they've been on in 9 years...... It almost looks like a truck now.....
