Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer

Know one will seem to get back to me on the shirts for the board so I will just open up a vendor account. Little disheartening seeing that we the members are what make this board great. This is for a great cause yet I can't seem to get a response after two weeks. All I can say is wow. But anyway made progress on the seat mount it is finished and is going to the upholstery shop.

I reported your post,... so hopefully someone will get back to you soon.
I think N2trux should be able to get your vendor status going.

Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer

I have pmed him several times already. Respond to my first pm and I have heard nothing to my last pm s. Is what it is. Not angry just moving on I don't have time to wait I want to help people by donating to a good cause. If j have to be a vendor to do that then so be it. Not worried about it I just think a faster response was warranted.

Eric I did reply to your PM's regarding other issues. I have not responded to the shirt sales because I have not had a response from Josh.
Please note that I have had limited access to the forum recently as I have a family, home remodel and business that have required my attention. Thanks for your patience, I will try to have an answer today.

I am also in on the shirts, regardless of what you decided on as far as type.

And on your seat frame . . . . how do I put it?

Talking Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer

My other concern for you is that you'll use up all your spare time filling and mailing shirt orders that you won't get anything done on the build!

I'm guessing that initially, it will be a mad house with everyone wanting one when it first comes out!

Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer

Thanks guys for everyone that has reached out to me on the shirts. I thought it would be a lot easier to just have the shirts made but because my trucks image is not in a vector file it has to be redone. So that is the reason for the delay. Please try to have patience with me as this is the first time doing something like this. Thanks

If the truck is painted already I would just cut the inner bed wall smooth is with the die grinder and use a base coat on a pin stripe brush to paint in the edge. If the truck is not painted I will build sheet metal boxes that are welded to the inner bed panel. I dont have any pics but delmo and n2built have pics of some on there builds. Hope this helps.
