Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs

That black and copper one was a gasser last I saw it. The guy lives arond Grinnell Iowa who last had it. He had it for sale and was advertising it as a good candidate for a cummins swap. It was pretty reasonable too. I guess another person could have purchased it and swapped one in by noe too.

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs

Hey guys and gals,
I was wondering if I could ask for some ...... numbers i guess,

1. Does any one have a guess on the hp/tq rating of my 1988 454 TBI it well over 100k miles but been treated to mobil one all its life im the third owner.

2. It has a turbo 400 now but in swaping to a 700r4 4x4 cause i have converted it to 4x4... now do you guys have any suggestions on the gear set for good MPG I know 454's are not known for MPG.. but good all around gears??? It has 4:56 now and man i can pull a house down and the Gas station with it !!!!

3. With a 700R4 can i keep the 4:56 gears and still be good to go for a 8hr raod trip i take often ?

Thanks for you help this forum rocks and so do you peeeps.

I have included pics so im not sucking up space for the mighty square tanks

Now I like that lightbar... I like how it just mounts with the bumper's bolts, super simple and its not so large and out there as the normal grille guards... Great IDEA!
