Re: SoCal checkin' in
For the morning/breakfast part of the cruise since we were talking about down the 15 and up the 5 I would think either Temecula or Escondido for the initial meetup spot. I can try to scope out places with big parking lots . Are you guys thinking sit down restaurant or fast food?I was kinda thinking for the way back up take the coast as opposed to the freeway.and just throwing a couple dates out there if any of them sound good let's go for it. July 20th,August 3rd,August 17th. Anyone else have other ideas I'm open to them. Dan.

Re: SoCal checkin' in
Ok im going to pick two. July 20 or August 17. Here is another thought. For the first cruise, do you guys just want to go to Escondido, and cruise around and end up in Oceanside at or near the beach instead of going all the way into San Diego? Just throwing it out there. That way we can still meet up with the SD folks, hangout and head to another spot ending up in oceanside before heading back home.

Re: SoCal checkin' in
If we are planning to meet up in escondido ,then I would suggest centre city cafe. They have good food ,decently priced ,easily accessible from the 15 and a decent sized parking lot as well as some parking on the street in front, just in case driveways are an issue for anyone. If anyone knows any place better I'm open. Dan.

Re: SoCal checkin' in
Depending on whos going, some will come down the 15 and me and others will travel down the 5. Center City Cafe sounds good to me. Ok if no objections, I will say the 20th of July. I will give it to at least Monday before I post up a flyer or something incase we have people that need it to go to August 17th and I will change it. Other than that. I think the spot in escondido will work for our first curise/meet in SD county.
Dano I will PM Chevy Shortstep and a few others. If were having breakfast out there, then those who are travelling together need to communicate on a meeting place and time of departure. |

Yeah, I'm open to that. Anywhere off the 91 near the 55 or so would be good, if you're taking the 91 out.
