Re: A '54 named Busty
then I hit it with some red primer and allowed it to bake in the sun for a day or two, while my OCD got the best of me and I went to town on the 10 bolts of this Ten Bolt Rear End

Re: A '54 named Busty
I don't know exactly why, but when you called it a bowl I had a great idea. Well it is a great idea in my opinion.... maybe not the wife's. I could use an old diff cover for a sink in the camper I'm building.

Re: A '54 named Busty
are you using the lube-locker gasket or the RTV or both?

Re: A '54 named Busty
both, a light coating of black RTV on the cover then the blue gasket then a light coat of black RTV on the punkin, I call it the OREO cookie solution, the RTV is just for stickability so the gasket don't slip around during mounting, and to fill tiny hairline scratches in the metal

Re: A '54 named Busty
darn it I just lost a days worth of pics, I usually do cut and paste from my iPhone as I hate iTunes and today rather than pasting just the pics I wanted it pasted everything off my phone, so I did Undo and now everything on the phone is gone, darn it
here are a few I happened to send to a buddy of mine first so upgraded to tail lights with reverse |
