Ya we all had a good idea of how much work there was and buckled down.
I always set a goal when working on my stuff. Sometimes I'm done sooner, others hours later. Feels good tho.

I think they have alternative motives in some way, but hey that's what friends are for. It was a great trip.

Re: My 52 GMC Build

Shop update:
Spray foam insulation is scheduled for Thursday. So tonight we worked on cleaning up inside.

NC trip Oct 26 we left New river Gorge headed up to Grove city PA. It was a beautiful drive sun was out and leafs where bright with fall colors.
The L.E.D. headlights still work amazing.
Going up a 5% grade.
Friday our last day we met up with Henry (99 to life) at his new shop. He has a real nice place and will be even better when he gets a truck or 4 there to work on. It was great to catch up with you Henry, looking forward to next time. Oh and I got some of his home roasted coffee Got home Friday night here is the trip info.

Sunday Oct 29 My truck got rented out to a photographer who found me through FB and we set it up for my truck to be a backdrop for family Christmas cards for her clients. Drove it 30 min away, must have been 15 family that day in 6 hrs. It was cool, truck made $300.

Ya big bridges are cool. I don't even really care when it's done, I just want to get the heat working.

I would like to think that kind of insulating upgrade would pay for itself pretty quickly.

Re: My 52 GMC Build

Spray foam is great. We see it used in houses around here. I’ve been attics with spray foam in the summer and there was some noticeable difference. I’m glad to see progress and see it steady. Are you just doing sheet rock on the walls or will you be using pegboard? My boss used pegboard in his Tajmagarage on all the walls. Worked very good. Looking good dude.

Yes CAD. They say 2-3 years

It was just over double what fiberglass insulation would be, but this is 100% air tight and makes the building stronger.

Yes it is a plastic bag he had a fresh air hose plumbed in

Ya it already feels warm and I have no heat yet. My friend did the walls in his basement and it went up 10*

Re: My 52 GMC Build

Saturday weather was dry so I brought the truck home from a friends house and got the GM from my brothers. Wow still lots of room. But lots more to come. Then my son and I temporarily put up 2 of the 6 LED lights super bright. Then Sunday night we had our first snow. It is gone now tho.
