Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs

Heres my 87 CCSB 1 ton 4x4 project. Dont have any pics of it together but I am in the process of disassembly to do a quick frame off. Will likely wind up with a 6.0/4l80, NP205 combo. Already have 4.10 geared Dana 60 front and a 14FF rear. CUCV, spring packs and their longer shackle and hanger brackets for a little extra lift. Will wind up around 6 inch lift with 35s or so. Pics of the destruction.

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs

You got it. I service Mercedes Benz and BMW vehicles for a living. You cant turn the rotors on them when you do brakes so rotors pile up quickly. These are about two months worth. I will fill the bed full and then haul them off. 'bout $600 or so in scrap once it's close to full.

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs

Nice truck krtp1.

As others have asked: Details. engine/trans, suspension .... obviously big truck wheels ... needs a rear roll pan.

Did you pick it up, ownership wise, before or after the vandals?

This is now my favorite-est Crew Cab. I love SRW trucks and they absolutely must be lifted.
