Picked up a wedgie tonite just cause. I forgot the brackets (been months since i read the faq)

Gonna pick up or make some brackets and do this in my truck, would be easily removable and its CHEAP (thats always good).

Also, found a nice 67-68 headlight 'bezel' (lady behind counter at junkyard looked at me like i was stupid (she didnt know what the term meant, it is a word right? Its not like 'orche' LOL).

I didnt need it but it was nice shape and very cheap....gonna go back and probably pull the grille and some other thigns (who can say no to a 68 grille for $15 bucks!!)

Lowdown i'll try'n snap some pics of the hood/buy it. If I ever catch you with enough time on your hands i need you to move my driver door back enough to install my door trim.

Gray I believe. I think it was an option on only 67 and 68 trucks. I've seen 'em, just can't find a good set. Looking at some new ones but they're both RH side. You know if I can buy two of those and flip one over? If they're the same on both sides? I know the brackets won't reverse. Wondering about the visors themselves. Thanks bud.

Ricky if you have any 67 68 trim lwb extra let me know i am missing a few pieces (espeically on the pass. side, mostly bed pieces

Also i gotta piece of tailgate trim on (thats what inspired me to start is your wanting to put your trim on, then i got overwhelmed..lol).

Need to shine it up and paint the black you said 000 steel wool/polish?

0000 quad steel wool works good its what cleans all of my trim then mask it off and do it with black or you could paint it red like a GMC. i will talk to my friend today and see if he has any lwb trim peices. which ones do you need exaclty?

ill leave u a pic i got my 67 hood this morning got it at ivy bluff scrap yard 40 bucks perfect and rust free they have the rest of that truck and a 68 if u need anything
