I worked on 2 things all day:

Centering the wheels in the wheel house which meant pulling all 4 control arms off. The drivers side wheelbase was one quarter inch longer and both needed to come forward a quarter inch more.

Getting the bed and cab level with each other side to side and making the body lines line up. Here you can see the drivers side cab needs an eighth inch more shim to be level with the bed.

Next I'll need to drill out the bed and mounts to bolt it down.

It's not easy stitching 2 trucks together!

Awesome build man I want to do one on my 05 duramax frame. Are you doing colium shift or floor shift and is it going to use the cable type or linkage?

Oh man does that look sweet.

A guy I know from the Avalanche forum put an '03 Avalanche body on an '05 2500 HD frame but this build has him beat by a mile. Drew, you rock!
