Re: My 72 with 405/25/24's

I appreciate te offer for help, I'm just slow. My work schedules pretty crazy. Thanks guys on the 46 comments. It's gonna be a cruiser for sure. And with a 383 (400hp) and 700r4 it should cruise pretty well

Re: My 72 with 405/25/24's

Any other C10's on 405/25/24 tires? I love the look... Also does anyone know what is the widest 22 inch tires that are offered to maybe do the same staggered look but on 22's?

Re: My 72 with 405/25/24's

I'd say 265/30/22 with an 8.5" rim and a 335/25/22 on the rear (perlli makes them) with a 12" rim. That's what I'm considering for another build

Re: My 72 with 405/25/24's

Thanks for the information Wade... I love the look of your truck and was thinking of setting up one the same way or maybe going with staggered 22's. But the 24's look amazing as long as they are tucked.

Re: My 72 with 405/25/24's

This truck is one of the best trucks on this site. Everything about it is perfect. I've seen it before on some of porterbuilts threads i believe. I'm thinking about going porterbuilt myself. Thanks for all the info about this build.

Re: My 72 with 405/25/24's

King Cary- Yes, I put the motor & trans back in last week. Now it's all those pesky details. Changing carpet due to installing the high hump, etc., etc. you know how it is

Original 72- thank you for the compliment. It has been on porterbuilt's Facebook and I think their site too. If you spend the money on their stuff you won't be disappointed in it or the service! Really are TOP notch.

Re: My 72 with 405/25/24's

Thanks Eric. I'd say a 71-72 crew cab would be awesome! I know you've kicked that idea around. I love the black 72 you did. Awesome!

Re: My 72 with 405/25/24's

Thank you Ben. Now that I'm done with that 46 I can spend somemore quality time and get it ALL back together. A complete running truck again, what a crazy idea huh? (LOL!)

Your truck is xtremely clean Wade. I look at your truck image regularly ... I have always wanted to own a 71 / 72 Super Cheyenne Swb.
