As said in the beginning. OPP would need 4 weeks lead to build and box the kits as they wouldn't pull their stock for the group buy.

Cool! I'm in no hurry at all. I was just wondering the status.

Re: One Piece Window Group Buy? Anyone interested?

1 kit has already been picked up locally
4 are on their way.
The person doing their office work/shipping is out so I haven't gotten the tracking numbers yet. If it keeps this up, everyone will have them by the time OPP gives them to me.

73-87 kits haven't went out because the need the extension bracket.

He hasn't been on since the 6th. Anyone received theirs yet from this GB? I'm sure it's all good, just curious.

Guys, hang in there. I am sure Chris is busy with work, family duties, and his website. He is a good guy, I personally would trust him with my life. My guess is that he is still waiting on OPP to finish the kits.

Re: One Piece Window Group Buy? Anyone interested?

He is I talked to him last week. All is good I was just giving a hard time with the last post. There's a small part they're waiting on to complete the kits. I think 5-10 have already went out. Maybe I'm a lucky one, and it'll show up tomorrow.

Re: One Piece Window Group Buy? Anyone interested?

I have actually been talking to Ben every other day.
He told me 10 kits have been shipped out at the last time I spoke to him. 5 one week (1 local pickup) and 5 this past Saturday... I have no tracking numbers for the last set either...
Problem I am having with tracking numbers is the shipping contact has been out and Ben hasn't found the tracking numbers and everytime I call they are gone.
4 people from this board should already have them, I don't know why they aren't posting that they have them.
I am actually on the phone with the person in charge of shipping right now and they are supposed to send me the updated list no later than tomorrow morning...
The hold up is OPP putting the kits together and parts on the 73-87s, all I can do it call him everyday and ask for a status. He was sending clears first, green/grey second and 73-87's when they came in. I told him it needed to be in the order I submitted them as they was the order people paid. NWD02 you were #15...
I was offline because of my daughters big 2nd B'day, so I didn't have time to get on here when I got home with all the family events occurring all week long..
I have 3 other kits outside of this GB that I am still waiting on and 5 of my normal inventory that I told Ben to ship last not to mention some brackets and flush mount glass I am suppose to get..

I can assure you that you WILL get the kits and I am doing the best I can to make it happen faster.

These are the ones I know have been received...
John McMullan - No username given paid 1 week after this post came up, he called me every week until he got it, 3 months later

72 Pick up - picked it up locally and actually looked at the 67-72 flush mount rear glass Ben is supposed to send me.

rob32472 should have gotten on Monday (only tracking number I have and I got it the day AFTER he got the glass...

Re: One Piece Window Group Buy? Anyone interested?

Thanks for the update Chris. I know how it goes. But I've been having dreams about no vent windows!

What's this about a flush mount rear glass!? Would like to see that.

Re: One Piece Window Group Buy? Anyone interested?

It is for the 67-72's He has been making them for local customers and wants to know if they are marketable for the common user. He is sending me one and I am going to have my buddy install it to see if there are any issues with people with no experience installing it. From the side the glass is flush with the back of the cab. This one has accent trim on it...

Re: One Piece Window Group Buy? Anyone interested?

I would like to ask that anyone with chrome or black vent windows with good seals wanting to sell them gives me a pm when they get theirs off...My vents have decent chrome, but the seals are bad and that's one job I don't want to do.

"Some" peoples kits may be shipped this week.
Capt, Is this kind of delay typical out of o.p.p.?
I looked back and my account was charged on 12/31/08,it has now been twice as long as what was stated above.Just getting a little anxious.
