Re: Lets Play Whatz It? !!
I am a property manager, not a locksmith. But I can tell you that it is used to master key padlocks.
I had to post your picture on a landlord forum that I frequent. Cheating? Probably. I don't care

Re: Lets Play Whatz It? !!
You got it. As far as cheating goes, the Internet is there for just this reason.
These tools only work with specialty master locks and are great so you dont have dozens of different keys lying around. Posted via Mobile Device Posted via Mobile Device

Re: Lets Play Whatz It? !!
Someone else needs to post something, I am heading out for work and might not be back until late.
How about whoever sees this message first gets to post their picture. So, if you are reading this and there isn't a new picture get one up here.

Re: Lets Play Whatz It? !!
OK now. Think I got this one.
That has got to be an iron-age backwards sundial for when they figured cars would be timed with solar energy! This device turns down the timing on those solar engines running on Solar-high speed and pinging because of it. NO? Drat. More clues? |

Re: Lets Play Whatz It? !!
Is this a tool or something else? looks like the decorative embossing on the base, not many tools have that kind of decor.
Maybe an old siren out of an old police car?
