Thanks Clem the photo bucket takes some getting use to for sure .Clem when you pancake the cross member(we did 2") you need to move the steering up as well and notch the frame to allow the steering clearance .Since the wheel base is so long on this truck we had to rethink the bag location . Joe came up with a slick bag mount off the trailing arm that will give us the most lift and let the shocks extended .I will get some pics up soon to many irons in the fire .... I should have some fender wells for ya soon

Dino I like the rear frame change. It looks like what I did with my suburban. I noticed a comment about the hump in the frame for the steering gear box, was that there already? I don't remember that.

Boxing the frame looks great too!

I just got 2 other projects done and gone. As soon as I get my sons truck fixed I want to get back to work on my Suburban..

Having 2 teenage drivers in the house requires a lot of maintenance.

thanks again del few updates the back half is coming together and the huge bags look killer . Joe will continued the big pipe section under the trailing arm . Next we are going to mock up the bed and cab then things should get moving pretty quick
