I like the stance of the truck above, it's not slammed.
yeah, I like that blue truck's stance... perfect for me... but I think it has a flip kit n the rear, so 2" won't be anything..

send me a PM with your address, and we'll see about sending you those Belltech 2" drop shackles

Re: My new project 86 Silverado

ordered up a Painless(painful) Wiring harness # 10205 from streetsideauto.
Kinda expensive, but we'll see what it looks like when I get it, hope it's not a sh*tty one...

Re: My new project 86 Silverado

Was your harness not in very good shape? Did you end up deciding on putting the 327 in your truck?

Re: My new project 86 Silverado

almost the whole harness front/back, engine compartment and in the cab was totally eaten up my rats/mice/squirrels whatever...

i looked into the 327, i think I'll stay with the 455 for now, only because it will be cheaper to put the 455 in, but I do want a 327 one day

Let me know how well those fit. I ordered Right Stuff lines from Summit and they could have been a little longer but I may them work.

Re: My new project 86 Silverado

Supposed to start on rocker this week and then going to blast the cab. From there I think firewall and door jams are getting trimmed in and probably paint the interior. I hope.

Well if you still have the th400, I would see about getting it rebuilt and have them build it up. Might be more cost effective that way.

Can't help you here but I have a new TCI 400 that I have never got to use. The reason being that I had it on the garage floor at my old bachelor pad and then we got a big rain and my garage got flooded. Ruined and never got to use it. Still have it though. Maybe I will buy a rebuild kit for it and have someone put it together.
