Re: tilly to the rescue
throwin this out because it would be cool if we could get something started in this area for truck guys and their families. like a social thing, you know hanging out and visiting. talking trucks and talking lives...
if you think so too, just show up. |

Re: tilly to the rescue
Got the get together wrote down but can't make it this year.
I'm sure gonna try for next year. No promises but pointing at the map with wifey and shes already pointing out things. Says I need to travel more. Looks promising. Lots of pics. Lots. |

Re: tilly to the rescue
hey fellas,
not much happened on tilly this month. got started on bodyworking the hood and installed some pretty trick taillights from a firetruck... i will post a report on that later but for now most of october was spent on sam & kims c-20. the entire body including engine bay was compounded to remove the oxidized paint. then the filler holes from the saddle tanks were patched. and the old bed boards were triple coated with polyurethane then a couple of coats of black wash. |

Re: tilly to the rescue
got the 292 back from the machine shop and put it together.
the repair on the fenders is past the metalwork stage and into bodywork, can't wait to try my hand on matching that old green patina paint. also, well underway on the auto trans conversion but pics on that later. back in a few days... |
