Nice gixxer, heres my k4 750, I bought it new in 04 and finally started modding it last year. New exhaust, pcIII usb, k&n, painted the wheels white, put flush mount signals, pazzo levers, hot bodies double bubble windscreen and new gel grips and changed the gearing -1,+2(too much I might add, going back to stock in the rear) and did the 520 conversion with a gold chain, also added frame sliders. This year will be, new brakes, and tre/gear indicator, pc auto shift and HID lights, upgrade to ohlins suspension and steering dampener. OR get and 09 600 lol.

ps Its got over 40,000kms on her, I ride to live, live to ride! BUT, I love my cages(cars/trucks) too lol

Those Hondas are very nice. Do you know a guy by the name of Tom Stockstill? He also goes by "Deluxe Works" out of Lancaster. He does the same thing on a large scale.

Re: Pictures of your Motorcycle

There are some very sweet bikes in this thread, I'm envious of you all!

I don't have a bike so maybe I don't belong in this thread. But I want one badly, it's 1st on my bucket list. I wanna have a little fun before I leave this world. And two wheels is great way to have fun!

I was actually looking at something like this and was seriously thinking about making a down payment with my tax refund this year but something else came up. Meanwhile, this is my desktop background .. only way bigger! lol

Yes I talked to guy on a Cross Roads one day here in town, beautiful bike. He got it used from his neighbor for 3k with only a couple thousand miles on it. Said it was the best 3,000 dollars he ever spent.

One of my problems is that I'm a bit on the healthy side. I see big guys riding Sportsters and such and they look like bears on a tricycle. I want to avoid that if possible. Road King is a good sized bike for me I think?

Re: Pictures of your Motorcycle

The Road King is smaller in size than my Roadstar. I have a couple of friends that have one. If I got a Harley I would go for the 103 engine. I also have many friends that have Roadstars that are 6'4" and up. They all love there bikes. You can find used ones from 4K up to 10K.
This is my 03 Silver Edition that I made into an UltraStar. I wanted to upgrade to a Harley or Cross Country with the Batwing Fairing, trunk, bigger bags, and radio. Here's what I started with. Only spent $2,300 instead of $23,000. I loved my bike, and love it even more now. I would ckeck out the used Roadstars for sale. You will save a tone of money and have a great bike.

$2,300 later
