Re: progress pictures
the paint on the frame is an acrylic enamel used on Case/IH tractors , i work at the local dealership, we have had great success with it on tractors so i decide to try it , i did use a hardner with the paint.

Re: progress pictures
I love the color.. after lots of back and forth -- I pretty much settled on orange for mine also (some year.. when it deserves paint.)

Re: progress pictures
Looks like the paint colour on My truck. I used the hugger orange then I put a nic e amount of gold pearl in the clear.
Beauty truck, cool video, looks mean without the box. Great job.

Re: progress pictures
BowTieOrge, i started by removing a couple of small dent in the grille and then wet sanded th entire grille with 600 grit sandpaper (could have saved a lot of polising if i had went over the grill again with 1200 grit paper) to remove what was left of the anodized clear finish and pitting from 38 years of road grime.then used a 4" buffing wheel on a drill with some Mothers aluminum polish also used some Wenolds, i think that was the name of it. i'm going to seal it with some Zoop's aluminum sealer ,never used it but people claims you only need to repolish again once a year or two. any one out there tried it ?
