Re: Mike's 66 swb dropmember build

I haven't been working on the truck to much lately, but I'm ready to get back on it. Got all the body work done on the cab and striped all the paint off with a DA. I bought 2 new doors from LMC. Now I'm ready to shoot some epoxy primer on the cab and doors and then some slick sand.

Re: Mike's 66 swb dropmember build

I took a weeks vacation and finally got my cab and doors painted. I've been working on that cab since last summer and it feels good to finally have it done. The paint looks blue in bright light, but more turquoise in lower light.

x2....you know when you read these build threads, you kinda have this image of the person behind the scenes without even knowing what they look like...i woulda never guessed you were a grandpa...i guess i'm still getting used to the "older" crowd getting into these frame-laying, rocker dragging customs

the truck is looking great...nice job on the paint!
