Re: High School Project Build

Making an automatic column out of a straight column and trying to keep all the pieces in order. Not to bad - just change inner tube, drill 2 hole in bottom for the bearing holder, mount gear selector and pointer - then you're ready to go. We are keeping the original dark blue column, door panels and I think I have a dark blue square bodied seat thats just been reupholstered that is being give to us (I'll know next week)

Re: High School Project Build

I'm trying to get this truck finished up in my spare time. I don't have much - cause it's been in my garage for a long time, maybe I'll get it done by the time school is out to. It's got my old 5.3 and 4L60e that came out of my green 68' when it got a warmed over lq9 and 4L80e

I've used several psi and a few that a local guy built. External walbro are used on all of em - this school truck is the first in tank pump I've used

Troy Mastell the general manager at Doug Thorleys hooked me up
He is gonna donate some mufflers too - but they are on back order and may not get here in time. If they don't we will have to purchase some. Are they any muffler vendors here
