well heres another update got the hole roof tack back on and started putting it back together...






I used the peice i cut out of the side of the door, for the gap above the door...

passanger side


driver side


and piecing back together the front above the windsheild. Im leaving the drip rail to retain a stock apperance, still more to do here (sorry for the blurry pic)...

(The piece of wood is supporting the four roof edges)

More progress later this week....

Justin, Ive been following both threads on this truck,its gone through some serious mods. I think the (2" rear // 3" front) off the top will be the perfect amount.Subtle and in proportion.It already looks good.I think I need to get this book you speak of..
You young skilled guys make things look so easy.
You had said,probabley a 3/4?? Im guessing you went w/the original plan of 2/3...??

Well got some done tonight, got the center strip inside the cab tacked in. Tomorrow im going to figure out the rear inside peice and hopefully put the cab light back together... anyways heres some pics, sorry there kinda dark.

well i got the inner cab peices fiqured out and the front and rear post lined up(forgot pics of the rear). Now onto the top peices.

there cut to line them up, because of the tapper(width difference) in the post.
