I should remind you guys I'm a girl. I'm sure it was a shock to some to see a pink box, in the form of a metal storage cabinet, without knowing who I was.
We like tools too. Hahaha.

Whew! I was wondering how to revoke your mancard and you trumped it with the WOman card! Glad you like your tool box.

A couple years ago, I bought all the gals in the family, teen age and up, a pink claw hammer for Christmas. One niece-in-law was very excited. No one had EVER given her a tool for her very own. Score one for me.

Nice to see a girl that likes tools! Now all you need is about 3 grand to fill that cabinet! You can never have too many tools.

Re: Lets see your Toolbox!

Here is my collection, I don't think it's enough and my wife says its more than I need. The way I look at it, I won't have a ton of money for my kids when I'm gone but my son will appreciate and use the tools through out his lifetime to keep the truck I'll leave for him running.

Re: Lets see your Toolbox!

Here is mine, lol. Lowe's brand full size truck box. Has a set of ratchets, a set of wrenches, a set of screwdrivers, and every pair of pliers I've ever needed stuffed in the top corner. Also has everything I could ever need for my truck. I have a 26" Craftsman in the garage but all it has in it are my air tools and the rest of my pliers I never use. I try not to buy tools that don't come in a case for this reason. I've had a little trouble finding a case of pliers though, lol.

That picture is upright on my computer but for some reason the forum thinks it should be sideways. Maybe if I put them in separate posts...

I'd love to have a SnapOn Classic 96. Here's what I have now:

Re: Lets see your Toolbox!

There are a lot of nice set ups with the boxes here, but this one looks totally functional in any garage and it looks custom garage made. I love the color, looks like the old industrial Stanley Vidmar we used for bench stock. that thing is bad ass

Re: Lets see your Toolbox!

I had a medium size snap-on tool box that I got when I was 18. I had the top and bottom box for a long time. Snap on guy came in with a great deal on the larger bottom box so I traded my old one in and got this orange one. Because have always been browsing on craigslist I found my current set up. Traded the guy for my Snap-on and got three Stanley Vidmar tall box's. I kept all my top box's thought. I love these Stanley box's. They are as close to a Lista as you can get. Lista cabinets are my most favorite tool box though. These Stanley box's have way more storage than my snap-on had an the drawer system is great because you can divide your tools into sections. The dividers that come with them are great. I have Two counter height Lista's at work. One day I would like to buy all new Lista's for the home shop, a few of the tall ones like my Stanley's and a few counter height ones.

Re: Lets see your Toolbox!

mw83,
yes you are correct.

http://www.harborfreight.com/roller-...ity-68784.html

I had just enough room on that wall and needed the tool storage, so I said why the heck not.

I've had that same box for a couple of years now and can't say one thing bad about it.

Re: Lets see your Toolbox!

BB/Nathan,
I really like them, and have had them for about 8 months.
I'm borderline OCD so all my tools are dress-right-dress in the drawers.
All the drawers have liners but the tools still slide/shift which I am forever fixing.
