Re: Project N2Deep
Found them on ebay (18x8 f & 20x10 r) $2200 shipped, between selling my old wheels and extra parts I have I should be $0 out of pocket (that's what I told the wife anyways!) Speaking of shoes she said they look just like the wheels I have on the 55 now, sounds like me telling her that all her shoes look the same.

Re: Project N2Deep
I got the stainless headers off ebay. They are for a late 60's Chevelle/Nova. I had to grind the CPP tubular motor mounts and dimple the headers to make them work. They might work better with the stock motor mounts. They are mid length, if I were to do it over I would go with the set that Early Classic sells.

Re: Project N2Deep
Well 1st I think I have A.D.D., also I just went through everything to get all my extra parts to sell for the new wheels (check the parts forum:SoCal parts). We also had a few big rain storms come through,so I let my dog in the garage for a few days-well he made a mess and even tore up one side of my buddy buckets. As soon as I get the bed on and get the motor fired up (project), I plan on painting the garage and having an epoxy floor done.

Re: Project N2Deep
I may have both, all I know is that I have a "Chevy problem" (too many projects/toys and not enough money.) As for the lack of tools, if I knew what I was doing I would have all the goodies, but until a few years ago I hadn't changed my own oil. Thanks to this web site I have learned alot about these trucks and have done some cool stuff on my own. I have a large box in the corner and a small tool box (seems to do the job).

Re: Project N2Deep
My wife might help me with my problem when she finally gets fed up and takes half my stuff! I'll be living in the Airstream, use the buddy seat as a couch and drive whatever chevy(s) I have left.

Re: Project N2Deep
It will take about a week to get the 55 wheels. After that I will have to take it to my buddy to have him lower the rear (68 vette IRS). BTW the Hopster (18x7 &18x10 wheels will be for sale soon).
