Re: The Big Boys:Let's See Those K/20s & K2500s

Both are super fine, as to be expected from you. I especially like the '71 for grabbing the historic essence of a fine from the start 4wd camper hauler, 9.00-16 bias-ply extra tractions, split rims, camper brackets, auxiliary tank doors, and all. That's how it was and just as great today!

Re: The Big Boys:Let's See Those K/20s & K2500s

I could never believe those mounts were only installed with sheet metal screws. A whole lot of them, but never liked the idea. I like seeing them on the truck, though. It's keeping it original (as it was outfitted back then), including the paint. It's nice finding a truck someone never personalized for their uses, but that was fairly rare. Camper haulers are a great segment for survivors, that's for sure.

They are looking great Jeff! I’ll have to send dad some pics of them. He was asking if I had talked to you lately the other day. I’m thinking about heading home in May, I’ll let you know if I do.

Re: The Big Boys:Let's See Those K/20s & K2500s

Here's a truck I picked up a while back. 1972 Sierra Grande Longhorn converted to a K in the 90s. It was very hard for me to pass it up after a friend sent me the FB FS post.
