Re: 69 crew duramax build
Great progress! Are you still planning on going with a wooden bed floor?

Re: 69 crew duramax build
Yes I am still doing wooden bed floor.
Cab goes back on frame today so we can hang doors and check all gaps again before final paint. |

Re: 69 crew duramax build
Headed back to paint Monday. A/c is done ( blows cold)! Radio done and das speaker installed. Not sure what I'm going to do with dash AC vents yet due to 4wd switch.
Best part is I finally got to drive it around lot under its own power! |

Re: 69 crew duramax build
Awesome. The first Drive is always great and a stress reliever. Do you have any affirmative pictures of your bulkhead set up?

Re: 69 crew duramax build
I will take a picture of ac fitting. We drilled holes and used rubber grommets. No extra bulkhead connection points to leak and still looks clean

Re: 69 crew duramax build
Very nice! You can probably get an under dash vent from VA for it.

Re: 69 crew duramax build
Man oh Man, I haven't kept up with your build...LOVE this truck, this baby got daily driver written all over it... Not really a red color fan, but truck looks awesome. I am finishing up on my c/10 build and am getting ready to start on my brand-x build. I am taking a 1969 Ford F-100 and swapping the body to a 1999 F-150 chassis & driveline...you give me inspiration....Keep it up brother...Casey
