I like the idea of getting the complete vehicle, especially if you retain the factory computer and such. There's sooo very much stuff on the market to convert a LS into anything. I favor hooking it up the factory way. GM made the best drivetrain stuff, period, don't have to even say a word about the engine. Not many folks insane enough to do this w/ a stink'n dodge or ford...

The LS engine family is impressive for many reasons. As one example, look at this cylinder wall in a 5.7 from an 02 Firebird with 160k. No ring ridge and the cross hatch is still visable.

Fab work on our top rear shock brackets and using a front shock on the rear
This will help get a better angle for the shock

Awsome trick i learned it from a exhaust shop i worked at after school back in the day. Things like this can't be found in book but can be learned from a true craftsman .great job passing down the tech tips like this one.
