jeph, tommorrow i also want to talk about exhaust pipe routing. I just sit my trans in place and it doesn't look like the exhaust will fit between the booster and trans.

Well i recieved my set up today from Jeph and Justin at Scott's, very nice piece they have built won't have it installed for a while yet, but look forward to ordering more from them in the future, thanks for sending one my way . Very sastisfied customer

I went thru this whole thread and didn't find info on bleeding the system.
with the master as low as bleeder valve is there a lot of trouble removing air?
and gravity bleeding is out of the question.
Just woundering about basic brake porocedure!

not really. Justin has been great though with numerous phone calls. He emailed me some pictures, but they were not very useful just because they didn't show the area in question. Within the next couple weeks, I will be dropping in the engine and trans which will answer a lot of questions. If there is no room for the exhaust pipe, I will see if I can exhange it for the under dash assembly.

Okay, here's a picture with the exhaust installed with the same pedal assembly.

This is a bad angle, but even though it is tight, there is room for the exhaust.

we have done several chassis this way and have never had any problems
with the brakes not working well or the brake fluid getting to hot

One these trucks, there is a wire going to the combination valve which activates the brake lights, correct? With the Wilwood proportioning valve, there is no wire. So what happens with the wire/how do the brake lights come on? I'm not sure what I'm talking about here, LOL!!

The wire going to the proportioning valve is for the brake warning light in the dash. The brake lights in your taillights are activated by a switch that is activated by the pedal under the dash. I don't know how their product is set-up, but you will need to find a different way to activate the brake lights since you are not using the factory pedal.

On are brake pedal assy you have from us.You will have to install,
inline brake pressure swithch.When you press the pedal down this will
create pressure and activate the brake lights. We sell the brake pressure switch here at our shop.The price is $25.00

One more thing to add to what I said
earlier.You will also have two wires coming off the pressure switch to power it up.

well I finally got the engine and trans in today and I dont see how an exhaust pipe can possibly be run. These pics show a piece of 2.5" pipe sitting on the booster and electrical connector of the trans. Where that pipe sits in the pics it would be hitting the floor.

The last pic I have the pipe touching the bottom of the booster and trans pan. The way it is in this pic it is STILL below the bottom of the frame rail.

I am lost for a solution.
