Re: [PROJECT] Laidout53 Part II
I just went thru this thread again to get all caught up and was unsure what you meant by "Got the chassis off the table and almost nocked back up."
Knocking-up a chassis... |

Re: [PROJECT] Laidout53 Part II
Yeah, the 69 is peeking out from the storage. When the 500 Caddy gets dropped-in, it will be preying.

Re: [PROJECT] Laidout53 Part II
Jokes aside, what are you meaning by "nocked?" I'm not familiar with that term.

OIC - that makes more sense. I was thinking it was jargon that I had never heard.
OK, carry on stabbing in that 427 Hemi. |

Re: [PROJECT] Laidout53 Part II
Well I got all the windows out and started on the rust repair and dent removal on the cab, Also shaved the cowl line. Next i hope to fix the sagging drivers door and then on to chopping the top.
Heres the pictures Glass out... Dent/cracks inside drivers door... Lower drivers door rust... Spot light holes fixed (no before shot) Cowl lines filled... Gas filler hole shaved... And last but not least my crude photoshop of what it should look like chopped, Im thinking 5 1/2 up front and 4 out back... Justin

Re: [PROJECT] Laidout53 Part II
Well i got the door fixed and started chopping the top. I went 4" in front and 3" in the back. Not sure if it needs another inch or not? what do you guys think...
Anyways here are the pictures of the chop so far. tops off Post cut down Cut the door tops off so i could see if it needs more chop? What do you all think? Justin
