It's been cool in the NW all year and made 85 yesterday....from the high 60's

I use live in Mesa arizona and I got to experience back in 1995 120-122* weather it was not nice at all I am not kidding. I had a Black car w/ black limo tint all the way around did not help it that day. I remember on hot summer days the streets being Lonely and Malls being crowded. I don't miss that all.

wasnt much better today i was spent from working saturday all day in it . I didnt work on my truck i just guarded the sofa all day ! its been super nice weather up till this week we are cookin by may or june and have triple digits for like 90 days straight and the worst part is when its 9 pm and its still 94 degrees

My thermo on the back fence indicated 108°F here in DFW w/our 'mild' 60+% humidity. At least your heat is dry..... (isn't that what they say??) . We're currently @ 82°F/62% humidity.

Oh yeah I remember. My electric bill was always $200 to $250 for an apartment. Don't miss that at all. Other than the heat it is a nice place to live. Homes a lot more affordable too.

i know the feeling! my truck is outside with no shade around it, so i haven't done anything to it lately! the other night at 9 p.m. i went for a beer run an it was 91! it gots a lot hotter here in the summer 2! i'm from fresno,ca an this heat index out here can kill ya!! love your trucks man, stay out of that desert heat!!

Well....uhm....if your tired of that heat send it up north dude.....in the winter I have done the -45 thing...and it just stopped our rain spring thing here a week ago. This is the first week of real sun we have had......it's so bad if i have something sand blasted i have 45 mins before it rusts.....lol. When it's sunny I feel so much more motivated and get things done, when it rains for days i don't even want to open the shop doors.

yeah its dry for sure now but in few weeks we hit the humidity but it only last about four weeks and by september were back on line with great weather

If I was in AZ, I'd have AC in the garage. Not much different than heating one up north here. Not cheap, but worth it. We live for our summers, as brief as they are. Once the temps start climbing into the 50's and 60's in the spring, I don't want to be inside anymore.

I've never been in a pro street style car or truck. How do they handle on the freeway?

I don't care who you are..... that's just plain funny right there! Those skinny fronts can/will cause more that one tense moment during a moderate stop or quick (un-expected) turn/lane change. The extreme width rear tire mixed w/fresh drizzle on the road is the fastest thing known to pucker the arse on a grown man .

Still fun though the rest of the time.

Dino, you could always relocate up here to the white mountains of northern Az... It only got down to -25 last winter. Those kind of temps are good for my plumbing company but that kind of work sucks after you get a little wet but after 30 years of the Az summers, crawling around in peoples attics, these winters are nothing. Daytime highs are in the low 90's during the summer up here but it's nice in the evenings. What do I have to do to get those stocker hub caps off ya?
